Want to be Admin? Count to three: One, two, be ..!

1. Create individual administrative user accounts per Administrator by TIER, e.g Yourname.CLI, myuser.02
2. Generate random password everytime you use this account
3. be Admin for a short period of time, only on a single machine.

1. Input Computername you want to administrate
2. Get random password for your Acount, get the LAPS Password aswell
3. be Admin.
